Qualifications

  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a large organization.
  • Experience in a multi-province benefit environment.
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of the job.

Responsibilities

  • Executing benefits administration and addressing escalated benefits inquiries.
  • Managing premium remittances and ensuring accurate processing.
  • Conducting monthly audits on benefit eligibility and enrollment.

Skills

Bilingualism (French/English)
Project management skills
Analytical and problem-solving mindset
Strong knowledge of employee benefits laws and regulations
Proficient with Microsoft Excel
Strong organizational and prioritization skills

Education

Undergraduate Degree or College Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Completion of the CEBS (Certified Employee Benefit Specialist)
