Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year mortgage industry experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of Scotiabank’s mortgage products, policies, and procedures (asset).
• Understanding of Broker, Home Financing Advisor, and eHOME mortgage delivery strategy (asset).

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned mortgage applications from acceptance to funding.
• Build strong relationships with Broker Relationship Managers and vendors.
• Adhere to all regulatory, documentation, and KYC requirements.
