A leading telecommunications company seeks a Bilingual Helpdesk professional for long-term customer support, primarily serving clients in Japan and the US. Candidates should possess strong English and Japanese skills, including keigo, along with problem-solving abilities. This position is needed for either Sterling, VA or San Jose, CA.

Long term contract
Provide front-tier customer support by resolving basic to intermediate technical issues for customers primarily in Japan and US based customers using NTTCom's service.
Requires strong command of both written and spoken English and Japanese, including appropriate use of keigo.
Requires problem-solving skills including logical analysis and technical troubleshooting. The individual should be customer-focused, team-oriented, highly self-motivated, and willing to grow.
Position available in Sterling, VA (6pm-6am) or Lundy, CA (3pm-3am).
Must know keigo!
