Job Description

• Assisting customers with all their inquiries via phone/email/chat (e.g., tracing/tracking requests, etc.)
• Scheduling & confirming pick up’s
• Follow up on interline requested pick up’s
• Co‑ordinating with other departments/terminals to ensure customers’ requirements are being met
• Assisting sales
• This is a remote position reporting to theHead Office in Gore Bay
• This is a Tuesday – Saturday Shift from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

This is a remote position: Candidates can work from home. All training and equipment will be provided, however candidates must provide their own internet.
