A leading employee benefits provider in Winnipeg is seeking a Customer Service Representative to respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and French. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, previous customer service experience, and an ability to manage multiple tasks in a high call volume environment. Extensive training will be provided, and applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to incoming phone, email, and chat inquiries in both French and English regarding plan information, coverage, status, and eligibility for disability, dental and extended health care claims. You will receive extensive training and product knowledge development.
