Overview

Bilingual Account Executive is responsible for new business development in a selected geography and for account management of selected clients within that area. The role includes closing new accounts, managing accounts, providing proactive consulting, and delivering strategic recommendations to drive process efficiencies and cost reductions. The position involves identifying and closing new services opportunities, conducting quarterly client meetings, delivering web trainings, and expanding client touchpoints across vertical and horizontal levels (including C-level interactions).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Exhibits very strong presentation skills in one-on-one and group settings.
  • Exhibits strong consultative sales skills, proposal development, and closing ability.
  • Demonstrates strong computer skills and proficiency with Salesforce CRM, Web Portals, Mobile Apps, Client CRM, and related tools.
  • Develops a territory through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, direct marketing, and other channels.
  • Acts as an active listener and translates needs into actionable items.
  • Implements new business sales objectives and account management goals.
  • Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be proactive, setting agendas and delivering timely follow-up actions.
  • Exhibits strong written business communication skills.
  • Exhibits strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Develops consultative topics, outlines a plan to review with clients each quarter.
  • Performs in-depth analyses for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Delivers a high level of customer service to clients, vendors, and employees.
  • Collaborates with clients and prospects to create vehicle selection analyses, including researching and recommending vehicle types, replacement analyses, volume incentives, lifecycle cost analyses, and more.
  • Must have in-depth knowledge of finance and capital markets.
  • Must have in-depth knowledge of the automotive / fleet industry and vehicle-use aspects (maintenance, accidents, glass repair, registration, remarketing, etc.).
  • Attend trade shows and all sales meetings as appropriate or requested by management.
  • Position may require out-of-town travel up to 20-40% of the time.
