Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in long-term care.
• Training in Gentle Persuasive Approaches is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work with older adults with responsive behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive client-centered health care services.
• Collaborate with resource consultants in care plan development.
• Coach staff in behavior assessment and care plan implementation.
