A leading behavior intervention service provider in Calgary seeks a Behavior Interventionist to implement programs designed by a senior clinical team. You will work with children and youth to support skill acquisition and reduce maladaptive behaviors in a community-based environment. Candidates should have 1-2 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a valid driver's license. Competitive salary starting at $23.5 - $25 per hour, with flexible work options available.
As a Behaviour Interventionist (BI) at Monarch House your primary responsibility is implementing programs designed and supervised by a senior clinical team (of speech pathologists, by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst® BCBAs, Occupational therapists and physical therapists) to clients receiving services from Monarch House. You will work within an interdisciplinary team to support skill acquisition and/or decrease maladaptive behaviors while providing an engaging and positive client experience in a fast paced and frequently changing environment.
Please note that we do not offer LMIA or independent contractor setup
Work setup: Community-based in the SE quadrant. Part-time.
Salary: starting at $23.5 - 25 per hour (wage subject to further assessment)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2PM-7:30PM MST (Hours are based on client availability. May not be scheduled for all)
