As the Bartender / Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our patrons.

Responsibilities

Bartender Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and creativity.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking and replenishing supplies.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and providing recommendations.
• Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistency in cocktail preparation.
• Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and servers to ensure seamless service.

Server Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, providing a warm and welcoming first impression.
• Present menus and make knowledgeable food and beverage recommendations.
• Take and accurately enter food and drink orders into the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables for the next guests.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bartending team to coordinate food and drink service.
• Handle guest payments, including processing credit card transactions and making change.

Qualifications

Bartender Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices.
• Must be of legal drinking age.

Server Qualifications

• Previous serving experience in a restaurant setting is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of the menu and the ability to make recommendations.

Job Type: Full-time
