What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
  • Sell group health and dental benefits to Alberta businesses as a commission-driven broker.
  • Earn income immediately: $300 per completed meeting (uncapped).
  • Full lead generation and marketing support—no cold calls, ever.
  • Complete onboarding and customer service handling—you focus solely on selling.
  • Employment contract upon licensing with two flexible compensation plans (see below).
  • Develop and maintain client relationships with high renewal potential (helps build wealth over time).
  • Start earning commission in your first week by earning $300 per completed meeting and continue with ongoing compensation as you close deals.
  • As a broker, sign your employment contract, choose your pay plan, and receive guidance from the founder to close deals.
  • Benefit from high client retention (noted as 98% year-over-year) and recurring commissions.
Compensation Options
  • Option 1: $3,500 monthly base + 15% commission after $14,000 in monthly deals + 15% annual recurring commission (uncapped).
  • Option 2: No base, 50% first-year commission + 20% annual recurring commission (uncapped).
What You Can Achieve
  • Year 1 OTE: $90,000 (based on 3 sales averaging $5,000 each per month, conservative estimate).
  • Year 2: $108,000 with renewals stacking.
  • Year 3: $126,000 as your renewal portfolio grows.
