Job summary

A leading aerospace company in Ontario is seeking a SAFe Product Owner to join their Software Factory team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a Product Owner role, solid experience in the Aviation industry, and be skilled in Lean-Agile principles. Responsibilities include turning business needs into User Stories and leading cross-functional teams to achieve goals, ensuring effective communication with management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Product Owner or equivalent.
• Solid experience in Aviation industry, notably Crew or Flight Operations related digital solutions.
• Experience in SAFe methodology.

Responsibilities

• Turn business needs into User Stories with the development team.
• Lead the deployment of Lean-Agile principles.
• Ensure NAVBLUE processes are successful.
