Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process, specializing in subprime and non-prime financing solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Assess customer needs and preferences, offering suitable vehicle and financing options
• Collaborate with financial institutions and lenders to secure the best possible approvals for customers with challenging credit situations
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, financing programs, and automotive trends
• Prepare and process all paperwork accurately and in compliance with dealership and regulatory standards
• Meet and exceed established sales targets and performance metrics

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience, with a strong track record in subprime sales
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of subprime and non-prime lending practices in Nova Scotia
• Ability to build trust and rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds

• Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record
