Job summary

An auto body repair shop in Etobicoke is seeking a skilled technician for a full-time permanent position. The candidate will be responsible for estimating repair costs, inspecting repaired vehicles, and executing repairs on various auto body components. Candidates are expected to have at least 7 months of hands-on experience in auto body repair. The position requires work to be performed on-site with no remote options.   • File, grind, and sand body surfaces to be repaired.
  • Hammer out dents, buckles, and defects using blocks and hammers.
  • Remove damaged fenders, panels, and grills and replace parts.
  • Repair or replace interior components.
  • Repair or replace damaged windows and windshields.
  • Use soldering equipment or plastic filler to fill holes.
  • Straighten bent frames using specialized equipment.
