Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of the transportation/trucking industry required.
  • Ability/availability to be on-call is a requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure operations are running smoothly and risk management plans are developed.
  • Ensure the fleet is compliant with registrations and permits.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Special Permits offices.
  • Complete all quarterly IFTA reporting.
  • Review booking information verifying accurate information.
  • Drive continuous improvement with carriers to avoid disruptions.
