Position Summary

The ASM plays a key role in ensuring a high standard of service delivery to our existing clients within the interior construction industry. This individual will oversee and coordinate post-project service work, minor construction requests, warranty issues, and ongoing client needs. Acting as the primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, the ASM ensures timely, cost-effective, and quality execution of all service-related projects.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and prioritize service requests from existing clients, including minor updates, repairs, and new work.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client communication regarding service work, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Conduct site visits to assess scope of work and develop solutions that address client needs.
  • Prepare and review estimates, schedules, and service proposals; coordinate with internal estimating and project teams as needed.
  • Monitor the quality and progress of service work.
  • Maintain accurate records of service requests, job progress, invoicing, and client communication.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage long-term retention and future project opportunities.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with project managers and construction teams for seamless handoff of post-completion service needs.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in construction, project coordination, or customer service roles within the commercial construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of interior construction processes, materials, and building systems.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple service jobs for multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with construction management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and scheduling tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites as required.
Preferred
  • Experience specifically in tenant improvements, renovations or office retrofits.
  • Familiarity with warranty management and aftercare procedures.
  • Background in customer care or client relations in a construction environment.
