A leading video game company in Montreal is seeking an Associate Producer to oversee the development of the game's narrative, ensuring quality objectives are met. This role requires collaboration with cinematic teams and effective project management skills, including a minimum of 7 years in the industry. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and excellent communication skills. As an Associate Producer, you’ll drive the development of the game's narrative (cinematic teams, directing, scriptwriting, scripted events and audio). This includes, in particular, the following specific mission: everything related to the organization of recording sessions (motion capture and audio), within budgets and in order to achieve quality objectives, relying on Ubisoft's internal service teams. This may include casting elements.
Through careful planning, follow-through, and oversight, you’ll keep development on pace, ensuring that time is spent on the right things, and pivot when need be.
While pushing production capacity and quality, you’ll see to it that your team is ready and able to deliver their chunk of the game on time and in a supportive environment.
