Compensation

Associates are compensated on a fee for service basis, with remuneration starting from 35% - 45% of collections and higher (depending on experience).

What We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) Program from an accredited school or university program, OR successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process.
  • Registered or in process of registering with the British Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals
  • We are open to those currently registered with other Canadian province(s)
  • New Graduates are Welcome to apply!
  • Experience is an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients’ families
  • Eligible to practice dentistry in Canada
