• Four to five years of experience working on concrete projects with a sub-trade or general contractor.
• Experience in multi-phase, residential or mixed-use wood-frame projects.
• Solid history of seeing a construction project from preconstruction to project completion.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent in managing work on site to ensure compliance with construction drawings.
• Monitor subcontractor performance regarding safety and scope of work.
• Maintain daily field reports and safety inspections.

Skills
