We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our Toronto Construction team! As an Assistant Project Manager, you will assist in the development and build of remarkable buildings, fostering enduring relationships with our people, partners, and clients while maintaining the Broccolini core values, Pride and Passion, Collaboration, Integrity, and Entrepreneurial Spirit.
The Assistant Project Manager (APM) plays a key role in the successful delivery of construction projects by supporting — and in some cases independently managing — all facets of a small project or defined components of larger projects. The APM is accountable for schedule, budget, quality, safety, and stakeholder coordination, while working closely with Project Managers, Project Directors, Superintendents, and internal teams.
