This role is vital in supporting the General Manager by fostering a culture of learning and development. Qualifications

  • Must be able to work in a physically intensive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the General Manager on center operations.
  • Build relationships with families and provide exceptional service.
  • Oversee center initiatives and maintain cleaning standards.
  • Conduct call drives for lead management in the Center’s CRM.
  • Coach students by delivering curriculum focusing on development.

Skills

Athletic or coaching background
Experience working with kids
Comfortable speaking to parents
Knowledge of physiology and exercise techniques
CPR certified

Education

Achieve Coach Certification
Prior experience as a pediatric OT/PT
Previous management experience
