A leading metal recycling company is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in Sherbrooke. In this permanent full-time role, you will oversee daily operations and manage a team to ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include supervising field operations, conducting performance evaluations, and supporting recruitment efforts. As the Assistant Branch Manager, you will work under the supervision of the Branch Manager. You will be responsible for managing a team, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring that exceptional customer service is provided, all while making sure that the company’s objectives are met.
