Job Description Overview

The asset management is a growing field, with key legislation and industry best practices driving an increased awareness of the value of the long-term planning to maximise the value of assets through their entire lifecycle from design to decommissioning. It is not just about maintaining assets; it enables organisations to optimise assets by enabling strategic decision-makings and risk management practice.At AtkinsRéalis, we are looking to recruit talented individuals who are passionate about strategizing to optimise clients’ asset utilisation by reviewing clients’ asset data, developing asset management documents, analysing performance and risks, and advising on asset lifecycle management. Like rest of our team, these individuals will take pride in delivering an authentic and hands-on-approach to understand our clients’ business challenges and help achieve their ambitions.

The roles we hope to fill will enhance our existing Asset Management consulting expertise with subject matter expertise and experience in infrastructure operations and maintenance lifecycle management planning, including risk assessment, asset replacement and rehabilitation forecasting, investment planning, and decision making. We are looking for people who bring a blend of consulting capabilities and a deep understanding of infrastructure maintenance and asset management planning to suit different situations, who are with excellent client-facing skills and with highly collaborative working ethics, who focus on supporting clients’ development, meeting clients’ needs, and clients’ their decision-making optimisation.

Your role
  • Deliver on strategic asset management program transformation projects for external and internal clients.
  • Lead small delivery projects or act as part of a team for larger scopes.
  • Lead discovery and analysis workshops/interviews to identify asset lifecycle requirements.
  • Act as main point of engagement with client teams and stakeholders and build relationships.
  • Support practice and business development activities, participate in bid development and drafting.
  • Deliver measurable outcomes by maximising the value of stakeholder networks within and outside AtkinsRéalis.
  • Foster a greater understanding of asset lifecycle requirements and activities required to address asset management objectives in client organizations.
About you
  • Have 10+ years of experience in infrastructure Operations and Maintenance, or relevant consultancy experience.
  • Hold a degree in Applied Science, Business, or equivalent qualification.
  • Have a solid understanding of asset lifecycle management activities for infrastructure assets and of enterprise asset management principles.
  • Have experience in enterprise asset management solution involving asset data and systems and the contribution these make to asset management decision making.
  • Have well-developed emotional intelligence with the ability to flex working style to suit different stakeholders and support others to do the same as part of wider development activity.
  • Be able to provide technical assurance of other’s deliverables, have excellent written communication skills, and can present, deliver, and oversee outcomes which are compelling, accurate, and engaging both to clients and in support of our business development and work winning activities.
  • Have experience with ISO55000 certification and industry best practices in Asset Management as the ideal candidate.
  • Expected compensation for this role is between Pay Range $113,600 - $156,200 annually. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
