Job description

Myticas' direct client is expanding and seeking highly motivated, experienced professional engineers to join in the development of next-generation systems within a fast-growing and competitive environment. Candidates must hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or possess equivalent experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and development of state-of-the-art electronic devices and intellectual property (IP) for optical communication systems
  • Demonstrated experience working with deep sub-micron silicon technologies
  • Collaboration within multi-site international development teams
  • Design of ASIC devices for optical signal processing
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in deep sub-micron ASIC design
  • Proficiency in VHDL/Verilog development and ASIC verification
  • Preferred experience in digital signal processing (DSP) and forward error correction (FEC) design
  • Experience in high-speed analog design
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Effective teamwork and ability to collaborate with international teams across multiple time zones
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in English
