The successful candidate will lead Art across the school and contribute to teaching in a complementary subject area such as Science or Maths, supporting a broad and engaging curriculum. Our curriculum is grounded in strong relationships, therapeutic practices, small class sizes and creative, adaptive teaching.
Cambian Hartlepool School is an independent, DfE-registered, co-educational day school, providing specialist education for up to 18 students, aged 11-17 years. Hartlepool School and vocational centre exists in order to provide academic and learning opportunities for students who have previously struggled in mainstream schools. Students placed here will normally have recognised social, emotional and behavioural attributes (SEMH). The School provides a nurturing environment that is set up to meet the individual needs of these students.
