Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee screen printing and transfer production, including job setup, teardown, and cleaning.
  • Use Adobe Illustrator for artwork preparation and adjustments.
  • Manage a team of 7 employees, ensuring smooth production flow and quality control.
  • Plan and manage production schedules to meet daily targets.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of equipment, including Mamiki machine DDF.
  • Order production materials and parts as needed.
  • Lead floor operations and maintain high performance in a fast-paced environment.
