Criteria:

• Experience with DP/BP applications, preparing drawings and designs for multi-family projects with 12 and 50 units
• Knowledge of Development Permit and Building Permit processes in Vancouver/Kelowna
• 5+ years designing multi-family residential projects
• Strong understanding of spatial design and feel
• Drafting architectural and interior design working drawings
• Creating detailed working drawings for DP, BP, and IFC sets
• Knowledge of VBBL and BCBC codes (Residential & Commercial, Part 3 & 9)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp for 2D and 3D perspectives
• Ability to perform plan take-offs and measurements for estimating purposes
