Qualifications

• 1 – 2 years’ experience in a focused, customer service-oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear).
• Strong team player.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Knowledge of basic MS Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of customer experience in the store.
• Achieve or exceed sales and profitability targets through effective customer service.
• Process sales transactions accurately and securely.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the store.
• Execute incoming and outgoing merchandise processing.
• Comply with Policies & Procedures, ensuring a safe shopping environment.
• Work non-traditional hours including weekends and holidays.
