A leading analytics firm in Toronto seeks an Inside Sales Specialist to support revenue growth and client engagement across Canada. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of client-facing experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Salesforce. Responsibilities include identifying new sales leads, developing strategies for target accounts, and managing client relationships. This role offers flexible working arrangements and a culture of high performance and innovation.
The Inside Sales Specialist operates within MSCI’s Analytics Coverage organization, supporting the growth and retention of the Analytics business across asset managers, asset owners, and wealth clients in Canada. This team is responsable to drive revenue growth, expand client reach, and enhance client engagement across Canada.
Identify and qualify new sales leads through cold-calling, email campaigns and social media.
Develop detailed engagement strategies for target accounts in the buy side segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and present MSCI Analytics solutions.
Manage Salesforce with accurate and timely sales activity data.
Work collaboratively with Go-To-Market teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to drive growth.
Achieve quarterly growth targets in generating qualified business opportunities.
Some years (2-5) of client-facing experience, preferably in financial services or analytics/technology.
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Salesforce preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field preferred; interest in CFA is a plus
