The opportunity

Analyst, Supply Chain & Master Data Process Support – Scarborough, Ontario, Hybrid

The Supply Chain Analyst plays a critical role in supporting Teva Canada’s Supply Chain and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process through data analysis, reporting, and strategic insights. The primary duties include weekly, monthly, quarterly reports, analysis, insights and interpretation of data. The Supply Chain Analyst must have the ability to analyze data relative to defined targets and corporate metrics, as well as monitor current processes to identify gaps and/or develop process improvements with the goal to improve customer service and increase cash flow. As part of the Commercial Supply Chain team, the Analyst will also support master data management for ERP and Supply/Demand planning tools. Additional duties include support of cross-functional teams in the development and launch of supply chain projects, including tech transfers, working capital optimization, customer delivery improvement, predictive analytics dashboards, and process optimization.

How you’ll spend your day
  • Deliver weekly and monthly KPI reports (e.g., service levels, back orders, inventory, lead times, open POs).
  • Analyze data trends and create visualizations to support decision-making and root cause analysis.
  • Develop predictive analytics dashboards to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Support ad hoc data requests from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and manage CA Market Master Data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SLAs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on supply chain projects including tech transfers, working capital optimization, and process improvements.
  • Partner with the Supply Chain Center of Excellence to enhance data tools and reporting capabilities.
  • Contribute to the development of master data management business rules and operational processes.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Your experience and qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or a science-related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in analytics and reporting. Delivering weekly and monthly KPI reports (e.g., service levels, back orders, inventory, lead times, open POs).
  • Experience Preferred: Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., QlikView, Tableau).
  • Experience with SQL and/or VBA for data automation and advanced reporting.
