Responsibilities
Intrado is seeking a motivated Analyst / Sr. Analyst, Business Operations, to join our Business Operations function. The Analyst / Sr. Analyst, Business Operations is an execution focused role within a newly created Business Operations function. Reporting to the Senior Director, Business Operations, this role will be part of a small, high-impact team with a mandate to ensure the company delivers on its strategic plan.
In this role, the Analyst / Sr. Analyst will help get financial and operational data into the right locations in the company’s systems, help implement scalable operating processes such as recurring business reviews, and build automated dashboards and reporting. The Analyst / Sr. Analyst will have significant responsibility and own projects while working cross-functionally with people across the company.
This is a demanding role in a results-oriented environment with high expectations for agency, speed, and ownership. This role requires systems-level thinking, the ability to design what needs to exist to achieve specific goals, and the ability to drive results in an environment where structure is still being built.
This posting spans across two job levels and will be determined based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management, Quality & Reporting: Partner with Business Operations teammates and functional partners to ensure financial and operational data is accurate, consistent, and maintained in the appropriate systems and locations
- Data Management, Quality & Reporting: Collect, organize, validate, and maintain operational and performance data, proactively identifying and resolving data gaps or quality issues
- Data Management, Quality & Reporting: Build and maintain standardized dashboards and recurring reports that provide clear visibility into performance
- Data Management, Quality & Reporting: Ensure reporting is delivered in the right format, level of detail, and cadence to support operating reviews and leadership decision-making
- Data Management, Quality & Reporting: Collaborate with teammates to interpret data and surface clear, actionable insights for leaders
Operating Cadence & Execution Support
- Work closely with the Business Operations team and functional partners to support and continuously improve the company’s operating cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
- Support preparation of data, dashboards, and materials for specific operating rhythms, while aligning closely with stakeholders on inputs and outputs
- Track priorities, action items, timelines, and follow-ups across initiatives to support execution and accountability
- Ensure inputs and outputs for operating reviews are consistent, reliable, and delivered on time
Design & Operational Efficiency
- Collaborate with Business Operations teammates and functional partners to align on data definitions, metrics, and reporting standards
- Design, document, and implement Business Operations processes including planning, execution tracking, and performance management workflows
- Identify opportunities to replace manual, fragmented, or inconsistent processes with efficient, repeatable operating practices
- Maintain clear documentation for standards, workflows, and reporting to support adoption and scalability as the function grows
Required Qualifications
- Experience in software development, analytics, or data-intensive roles involving ownership of complex workstreams with significant data complexity.
- Exceptional work ethic with the ability to operate effectively in a demanding, results-driven environment with high standards
- Demonstrated ability to execute complex projects while working cross-functionally with multiple teams
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience building dashboards and reporting with data visualization tools
- Experience working with financial and operational data
- Proven ability to build and improve processes
- Strong sense of ownership paired with a collaborative working style
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tools and skills quickly and apply them effectively
- Demonstrated ability to use LLMs and automation tools effectively
- Ability and willingness to learn the tools described in the preferred qualifications section if you currently don’t have experience with them
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and enthusiasm for helping build a new function and operating model
- Working knowledge of accounting and corporate finance concepts
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Python
- Experience with Power Query
- Experience building dashboards and reporting in Power BI and Salesforce
- Experience with Microsoft D365
- Experience supporting or owning performance management, monthly/quarterly business reviews

The starting salary is anticipated between $55,000 and $105,000 CAD and will be commensurate with experience.
