What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in data reporting and analytics initiatives
- Filter, clean, organize, and prepare data reports while implementing necessary corrections or additions
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Deliver accurate and timely weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales KPI reporting
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to translate technical insights into clear, business-focused language
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an analytics role, preferably in Sales Performance Analysis
- Strong foundational understanding of the end-to-end sales funnel
- Proficient in manipulating and processing large quantities of complex data
- Skilled in designing and delivering insightful dashboards and reports
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Strong data analysis skills, including experience with SQL, Excel/Sheets, Power Query
- Ability to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in complex datasets
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills
