We are searching for the best talent for Analyst, Marketing Insights & Analytics Co-Op to be in Markham, ON.

  1. The typical Co-op term is from January to July, 2026
  2. Full time requirement (37,5 hours per week)
You Will Be Responsible For
  • Consolidate information from multiple sources (sales, products, customers, consumers, Google Analytics 4, CRM, media/campaign reports) and translate it into clear, concise, and actionable reports.
  • Support analysis of product & program/campaign performance, sales, and customer insights by connecting fragmented data and identifying key relationships.
  • Work with basic database and reporting tools, while collaborating with data mining specialists to request targeted information.
  • Develop high-quality presentations and reports to support senior leadership.
  • Explore trends, build hypotheses, and contribute with critical thinking and attention to detail to enable decision-making.
  • Support additional marketing initiatives as needed
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required.
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master´s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Digital Marketing, or related fields (health-related background is a plus).
  • Have a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework.
  • Strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and ability to connect information across different levels.
  • Solid written and verbal communication in English; ability to structure ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Basic knowledge of data handling and motivation to learn analytical tools.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated to contribute to strategic projects.
  • Microsoft suite (excel, word and power point) is required.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, CRM or Google Analytics is a plus.
