What You'll Do
  • Investigate and resolve claims by analyzing relevant documentation, contracts, and policies to assess liability and negotiate fair settlements.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, carriers, shippers, and insurance providers to ensure compliance with industry regulations and optimize the claims process.
  • Utilize logistics software and claim documentation tools to streamline workflows and enhance process efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze trends in claims data to identify root causes, improve shipping processes, and reduce future losses.
  • Support risk management initiatives by identifying patterns in claims issues to enhance operational procedures and drive cost savings.
  • Ensure timely and fair claims processing to improve customer satisfaction and strengthen vendor relationships.
What You'll Need
  • Proven experience in freight operations or insurance claims handling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
