Job description
Overview

We are looking for a proactive and relationship-oriented Ambassador Program Manager to join our growing NoAM Retail Partnerships team. In this role, you will not only support the daily operations of our ambassador referral program, but also take ownership of its evolution, transforming it into a scalable, automated, and insight-driven engine that engages 1,000+ ambassadors and delivers measurable pipeline growth.

You’ll be the first point of contact for our ambassadors, ensuring they are supported, engaged, and empowered to refer new business. You will also qualify incoming leads, maintain pipeline visibility, and re-engage dormant partners to drive performance.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of partnerships, program management, and data analysis, while enjoying relationship-driven, fast-paced environments and seeking growth within a partner management or channel sales track.

What you will be doing
  • Scale the Program: Build and execute a roadmap to grow the Ambassador Program through automation, structured onboarding, and program frameworks.
  • Automate & Optimize: Partner with Operations and RevOps to implement automated referral intake, communications, and performance tracking.
  • Analyze & Report: Create dashboards to track referral volume, lead quality, conversion rates, and program ROI; deliver insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Campaigns & Re-engagement: Design and run data-driven campaigns (email, webinars, incentives) to re-engage dormant ambassadors and activate top performers.
  • Partner Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for a defined group of ambassador partners. Help resolve questions, maintain engagement, and ensure a positive partner experience.
  • Lead Intake & Qualification: Receive, qualify, and route leads from ambassadors to ensure a smooth handoff to the sales team.
  • Program Activity Tracking: Monitor ambassador activity in Salesforce, track lead outcomes, and flag any issues in referral flow or partner performance.
  • Partner Re-engagement: Reach out to inactive or underperforming ambassadors via email, phone, or Zoom to explore re-engagement opportunities.
  • Program Operations: Support reporting, maintain dashboards, and ensure program documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Feedback Loop: Capture partner feedback and surface insights to improve program operations and ambassador satisfaction.
What you need to bring
  • 2–4 years of experience in partnerships, program management or growth operations, ideally in SaaS or tech.
  • Proven ability to scale programs or communities (100 → 1,000+)
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills across phone, Zoom, and email.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, Salesforce, Looker, or similar)
  • Experience with automation and campaign tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Zapier, or equivalent)
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), Google Workspace, and Slack.
  • Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple partners and tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving processes.
  • Curious, coachable, and eager to grow into a more strategic partner or program management role.
  • As a global company with employees and clients outside of Quebec, fluency in English as a working language is required for this position.
How your success will be evaluated
  • High satisfaction and engagement levels among assigned ambassadors
  • Consistent lead intake, qualification, and routing within SLA
  • Referral activity increases, and lead quality improves through targeted campaigns.
  • Reactivation of dormant or low-performing partners
  • Accurate and timely reporting on partner activity and lead pipeline
  • Program recognized as a repeatable, scalable engine for partner-sourced revenue

This role is perfect for someone who loves to design systems, use data to drive decisions, and scale programs for impact.
