A leading e-commerce platform provider in Montreal is seeking an Ambassador Program Manager to lead and optimize their referral program. The role involves engaging over 1,000 ambassadors, analyzing data to drive growth, and improving partner experiences. Ideal candidates will have 2-4 years in program management and strong communication skills. We are looking for a proactive and relationship-oriented Ambassador Program Manager to join our growing NoAM Retail Partnerships team. In this role, you will not only support the daily operations of our ambassador referral program, but also take ownership of its evolution, transforming it into a scalable, automated, and insight-driven engine that engages 1,000+ ambassadors and delivers measurable pipeline growth.
You’ll be the first point of contact for our ambassadors, ensuring they are supported, engaged, and empowered to refer new business. You will also qualify incoming leads, maintain pipeline visibility, and re-engage dormant partners to drive performance.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of partnerships, program management, and data analysis, while enjoying relationship-driven, fast-paced environments and seeking growth within a partner management or channel sales track.
