About the Role

We are seeking an AI Engineer with experience in both computer vision and large language models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing and deploying AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Train, fine-tune, and deploy AI models for various use cases

• Implement and fine-tune open-source Vision and Language models for specific applications

• Develop evaluation frameworks and metrics for model performance evaluation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions

• Stay current with latest developments in AI/ML, particularly in computer vision and Transformer based models

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in computer vision models, including:

  • Training and deploying computer vision models (Roboflow experience is preferred)

  • Understanding of object detection, classification, and instance segmentation

  • Knowledge of popular CV frameworks (YOLO, RetinaNet, COCO, etc.)

• Experience with LLMs, including:

  • Fine-tuning open-source models (e.g., Llama, Mistral, FLAN-T5)

  • Prompt engineering and chain-of-thought techniques

  • Model evaluation and benchmarking

  • Knowledge of model compression and optimization techniques

Technical Requirements

• Strong Python programming skills

• Experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, HuggingFace, Langchain or similar libraries)

• A familiarity with Docker, MLOps, Model Deployment and Cloud (AWS, GCP) is preferred
