This role involves inspiring the team, coaching in agile practices, and managing project financials and stakeholder communications. Ideal candidates have over 2 years in an Agile environment, preferably in financial services, and possess strong communication and coaching skills. Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in an Agile environment as an Agile Coach, Team Lead, Tech Lead, or Product Owner.
• Experience in the Financial Services industry preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Guide an Agile Team to deliver work items based on goals and commitments.
• Inspire and empower the team to self-organize and coach them in agile practices.
• Monitor financial progress and forecast resourcing and budget expenditures.
