As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide everyone who comes in the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company and you're proud of it. You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

Your role and responsibilities are focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and representing the brand authentically.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they're looking for, with a "friends first" mindset. We'll teach you the model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product recommendations to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Be a team player and support teammates to get the job done.
• Maintain integrity by adhering to AEO's policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and have energy to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You are available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends and holidays).
• You love AE and Aerie products and may have prior retail experience.
• You are at least 16 years of age.
