Stainland Road Medical Centre is looking for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP)to join our friendly, forward-thinking primary care team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a large, well-established practice that values innovation, teamwork, and high-quality patient care.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering autonomous clinical care, supporting our multidisciplinary team, and contributing to ongoing service development.
Provide high-quality clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients presenting with a wide range of undifferentiated and undiagnosed conditions.
Undertake acute illness / disease assessment and management, including prescribing and reviewing medications within scope of practice.
Support urgent on-the-day demand alongside the duty team.
Deliver proactive, patient-centred care for long-term conditions in collaboration with the wider clinical team.
Request and interpret investigations, make referrals, and liaise with other health and social care professionals as appropriate.
Contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement, and the development of care pathways.

Undertake patient consultations in surgery, no home visiting expectations
Work independently to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate treatment plans within scope.
Prescribe and review medication in accordance with local and national guidelines.
Identify, manage, and refer patients appropriately, ensuring safe and effective clinical decision-making.
Maintain accurate and contemporaneous patient records.
Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of practice services.
