Job description

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Lead Support Engineer to provide platform support for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related cloud services. This role involves installation, configuration, debugging, and long-term operation of AEM servers and dispatchers, as well as working with AWS infrastructure, CI/CD tools, and cloud management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud hosting, Linux, and Adobe’s AEM product suite, along with experience in monitoring and troubleshooting enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Install, configure, debug, and support AEM servers, dispatchers, and CDN solutions
  2. Manage cloud-hosted environments on AWS and work with Adobe's Direct Market Access products
  3. Utilize Amazon cloud operations and CI/CD tools like Jenkins for cloud management
  4. Monitor platform performance using tools such as New Relic, Nagios, and Splunk
  5. Work with Docker, Kubernetes (AKS/EKS), and Java-based applications
  6. Provide expertise on AEM product suite, including Felix, CRX, DAM, Sling, and OSGi frameworks
  7. Optimize content delivery networks (CDN) such as CloudFront, Akamai, and Fastly
  8. Contribute to Agile delivery processes, including SCRUM methodologies
  9. Lead platform support initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
  1. Extensive experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform services
  2. Strong expertise in AWS infrastructure and cloud hosting
  3. Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes (AKS/EKS), and CI/CD tools like Jenkins
  4. Proficiency in Linux and server-side scripting technologies
  5. Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as New Relic, Nagios, and Splunk
  6. In-depth knowledge of AEM components including Sling, OSGi frameworks, and JCR API
  7. Familiarity with CDN technologies like CloudFront, Akamai, and Fastly
  8. Ability to estimate project efforts and contribute to Agile development processes
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience in enterprise-scale AEM implementations and upgrades
  2. Knowledge of RESTful API development and integration
  3. Familiarity with security best practices for cloud-hosted applications
