The Office of the CEO team is a fast-paced and dynamic team, working together closely to support the needs of the CEO and senior leadership team at TELUS. This team has a passion for supporting each other, learning new things and being flexible and adaptable to meet the moment. We are looking for a strong, driven Administrative Assistant with a broad track record for partnering with all levels of the organization to help senior leaders drive exceptional results, develop highly talented and engaged teams, and collaborate effectively.
As a proven achiever, polished professional and brand ambassador, you will provide a warm and friendly interaction with all internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accurate, efficient and timely follow-up to support their needs. This is a multi-faceted opportunity where you will have the opportunity to support various functions including Executive Assistant support, Flight Operations and Reception support. This role is based at our TELUS Garden location in Vancouver.
