Job details
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non‑university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Salary: $34.62 per hour (30 hours per week)
- Employment type: Permanent, full time
- Working hours: Day shift
- Location: Montréal, QC H2G 1Y9 (On site)
- Starts as soon as possible
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone and relay calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Oversee payroll administration
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Conduct research
- Provide customer service
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
Computer and technology knowledge
- Google Docs, Google Drive
- MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Windows
- Sage Accounting Software, Simply Accounting, accounting software
- Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat Reader
- Desktop publishing software, MS Office
