Location: Prince George, B.C.

Employment Type: Full Time – 35 hours per week.

The Opportunity
  • Support the Family Preservation Outreach program by gathering and completing required documentation.
  • Explore community resources to provide information and referrals for individuals and families.
  • Maintain written and computerized records; compile reports and complete program documentation (e.g., client interactions, progress notes, incident reports, on-call logs, statistical data, and).
  • Organize and participate in social activities with clients in the community.

What You Will Bring To The Role
  • Completion of Grade 12 is required.
  • Completion of a one-year post-secondary certificate in Social Services or Business Administration (or a related field) is preferred.
  • Completion of a diploma in Social Services or Business Administration (or a related field) is an asset.
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in community support or a related role.
  • A combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.

The target hiring range for this position is $25.6707 to $33.2442 per hour. Candidates will typically be hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the wage range. Placement within the wage range is dependent on the applicants’ role specific knowledge, skills, abilities, related experience and in consideration of factors such as market conditions and internal equity.
