Responsibilities
  • Administrative and business content support to senior management team members
  • Collaborate with functional teams, other management team members and their support staff to obtain and traffic information and documentation
  • Support onboarding of employees
  • Administer procurement of goods and services
  • Timekeeping tracking
  • Support improvements and maintenance of office “user experience” guidelines
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging and recognizing colleagues for innovative ideas
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
  • Design and maintain databases
  • File and retrieve documents and reference materials
  • Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
  • Manage and maintain VP schedules, appointments and travel; arrange and coordinate meetings and events
  • Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications for VP’s
  • Liaise with internal staff at all levels
  • Interact with external partners
  • Coordinate project-based work
  • Review operating practices and recommend improvements where necessary
What you have to offer
  • 5+ years of experience in Administration Support
  • University degree or college diploma or relevant work experience
  • Strong computer skills; proficient use of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience working in project teams
  • Proven time management, organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a variety of tasks
  • Aptitude for learning tools and new concepts quickly

We require our teammates to have the ability to adhere to a hybrid work model that requires presence at one of our office locations at least three days per week. This supports team collaboration and the office culture.
