As the Accounts Payable / Payroll Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in the financial operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across accounts payable and payroll functions. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Processing accounts payable: invoice entry, PO matching, and issuing payments via wire/cheque
  • Administering payroll for 25 employees using Ceridian and ADP
  • Managing payroll reporting, holiday accruals, and year-end processes (T4s, ROEs)
  • Reconciling payment receipts and vendor statements
  • Setting up and maintaining vendor records in SAP Business One (SAP B1)
  • Ensuring compliance with provincial, state, and federal legislation
  • Supporting ISO 9001:2018 conformance and general office organization
