Qualifications

One Duck Hospitality is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team! As the parent company of Hemingway’s and The Pilot, two iconic Yorkville establishments, One Duck Hospitality is at the heart of Toronto’s vibrant restaurant scene. This role is based on-site and offers the opportunity to work closely with our restaurant and finance teams in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, obtaining proper approvals, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
  • Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted
  • Reconcile vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
  • Prepare and process expense reports and reconcile with various credit card statements and gather back up documents/invoices
  • Reconcile company credit cards with corresponding purchases and payments
  • Receive and update Wisk inventory system and Cogswell with all food and beverage orders
  • Work on site at our restaurant locations
