About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our Finance and Administration team. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, this role will serve as a key business partner to assigned business units, with a focus on financial reporting, compliance, and supporting global operations. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of financial data and supporting strategic decision‑making.

What you'll be doing
  • Coordinate and execute corporate accounting functions, including month‑end and year‑end close processes.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports in accordance with US GAAP.
  • Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Support external audit processes by preparing audit files and liaising with auditors.
  • Collaborate with global A/R and A/P teams.
  • Provide financial oversight and support to international subsidiaries (e.g., Chile, Greece, Norway) in coordination with local teams and the Bedford‑based consolidation team.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Act as a financial advisor to business unit leaders, offering insights and recommendations.
  • Participate in ERP system enhancements and financial systems integration projects.
What you'll need to succeed
  • CPA designation (or equivalent) preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a multinational or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, consolidations, and intercompany transactions.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Experience with ERP systems and related technologies (ideally Syspro).
  • Experience working with Adaptive Insights Manufacturing and/or SaaS KPI's implementation.
  • Proficiency in Spanish, Norwegian or Greek would be considered an asset.
