Accounting Co-op Student (4 Month Term May 2026)

As an Accounting Co-op Student at Mosaic, you will enjoy mentorship from high performing colleagues and gain experience in corporate accounting.

As a Pre-Approved Program Route for Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA), Mosaic offers the opportunity to pursue a CPA designation while working in the dynamic real estate development industry.

This four-month, full time in office co-op placement starts May 2026.

With colleagues in marketing, sales, acquisitions, development, construction, homecare and finance, Mosaic offers a unique and comprehensive learning experience for co-op students. We work hard, and we play hard too, internal networking coffees are encouraged, we hold fun social events, and our managers care about the personal, professional, and financial growth of our people.

Who You Are

You are a third or fourth-year student enrolled in a business program, specialize, or plan to specialize in accounting and/or real estate and have taken accounting courses. You have a strong GPA and are an active participant of a recognized co-op program.

You have a keen interest and desire to learn more about accounting and the real estate development industry. You are a naturally curious person with drive, energy, and determination to make things better.

You get things done. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and make time to build relationships.You have strong communication skills, are organized, and take pride in your work.
