Account Specialist

What the day will look like
  • Support Account Executives and Associate Account Executives in managing assigned accounts.
  • Oversee and execute key processes that serve clients effectively.
  • Undertake internal activities related to client service processes.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth operation and client satisfaction.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
  • Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
  • Broker’s license required, or must be obtained within 4 months of start date.
  • Exemplary communication skills with the ability to maintain rapport and open, effective communication with clients and insurers.
  • Capability to perform general account functions, including miscellaneous office duties to support client servicing.
  • Ability to manage open items and respond to client or insurer ad-hoc requests efficiently.
  • Active participation in the renewal process.
  • Understanding of best practices and ability to leverage available resources.
