Account Manager Pharmaceutical Marketing

Location: Montreal

Compensation: $100,000 to $120,000 base plus strong commissions

Position: Account management and hunting new business (60/40 split)

Requirement: Must have experience selling into pharmaceutical companies

We are recruiting on behalf of a long standing healthcare marketing company for an experienced Account Manager who can manage key pharmaceutical accounts while driving new business growth. This hybrid role focuses on supporting major pharma brand teams and expanding revenue across existing and new clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with pharmaceutical brand managers and marketing teams
  • Oversee ongoing marketing and educational programs across major pharma clients
  • Hunt for new business opportunities within brand teams and targeted pharma companies
  • Present solutions, uncover client needs, and support strategic planning
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver customized omnichannel programs
  • Grow revenue through a consultative, relationship driven sales approach
Requirements
  • Proven experience selling services or marketing solutions into pharmaceutical companies
  • Strong background engaging brand managers or marketing teams within pharma
  • Track record in both account management and new business huntingExcellent presentation, communication, and client facing skills
