We are looking for a high-performing Account Executive (AE) who thrives in a hunter-focused role while also maintaining and growing key accounts. This role is ideal for someone who is relentless in pursuing a new business, skilled at identifying opportunities and driven to exceed targets. While account management is part of the job, the primary focus will be on hunting for new opportunities and expanding our footprint within existing accounts.

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based sales roles, we expect a starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $161,100 and $233,200. OTE is comprised of base salary plus commission target for sales roles. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
